6 day kifaru safari
Day 1: Aberdares
Depart Nairobi for Aberdares arriving for lunch at the base hotel.
Afternoon transfer for dinner and floodlit game viewing at the tree
hotel. Elephants forest hogs come here for a drink.
Dinner and overnight.
Day 2:Aberdares- Lake Nakuru;
Depart Aberdares for Lake Nakuru arriving in time for lunch. View
the pink lake notable bird life and other wild animals. The park is
currently a Rhino sanctuary. Buffalos, zebra, baboons on the cliffs
are some of the animals here. The largest Eurphobia forest is also
found here. Return for dinner and overnight .
Day 3:Lake Nakuru-Lake Naivasha;
Early morning game drive. Breakfast and relax around the lodge.
Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon transfer to Lake Naivasha (Optional
boat rides). Enjoy the bird viewing on the shores of this fresh
water lake. A walk in to cresent island gives you a real feeling in
the wild as you walk among the wildlife. Dinner and overnight at the
lodge.
Day 4:Naivasha-Maasai Mara
Early morning breakfast and depart for Maasai Mara arriving for
lunch. Mara is renowned for its great herds of wild game and more so
its huge black-maned lion. Afternoon game to look for the animals of
the plains. Wildbeests, topi, elephants,zebras and vultures above
are among what to look for. Enjoy a spectacular sundowner a top the
plains. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5; Maasai Mara;
Full day in Maasai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. An
optional visit to a maasai village or a hot air balloon ride can be
arranged. All meals and overnight at a lodge.
Day 6:Maasai mara- Nairobi;
Breakfast at the lodge and depart for Nairobi arriving at around
lunch time. Lunch at the carnivore. Transfer to the airport for a
flight to your next destination.
