We offer car hire services to our esteemed clients. Clients who prefer to use a private car for tours and safaris can hire a vehicle from us at very competitive rates.

We have a wide range of vehicles that can withstand all terrain. Vehicles include mini-vans with top hatch for easy game viewing, 4 x 4 all terrain vehicles and mini buses for groups.  

Please note you are required to have a valid international driving license to hire a vehicle.  

Valid license: The hirer must be a holder of a valid license. Aged 25 years and above but not beyond 70 years.

Payments: Payments can be made in cash, travelers cheques or in foreign currency.

Special cars: Special types of vehicles are available at competitive rates.

Security: Hirers are bound to take good car of their personal effects at all times because theft insurance is not included.

The hired vehicles at no time should they be left unattended in public areas.  

Cancellation: Any cancellation will lead to 50% penalty of the paid amount. Kenya Safari Specials  car hire services is the most affordable ,flexible and user friendly due to privacy guarantee.

Cross Border Rental

Cars can be taken into only Tanzania & Uganda. This is on request and the client must   purchase GCI (Green Card Insurance) / PTA Preferential Territorial Assurance) Insurance   when on Step 3 by choosing Green Card Insurance and the dates of Entry and date of Exit.

The cost of PTA cover is KSHS. 8,000 for Third Party PTA, Plus Extra Collision Damage   Insurance (CDI) Insurance for the particular number of days the vehicle is in the foreign   country of Kshs 1,000 per day for Groups A,B,C,D and Kshs 1,700 per day for Groups P, L,   M, O, N. (Rates are Excusive of Local Tax V.A.T.)
